TransVergence is a neologism, it's a new paradigm and mind approach.

TransVergence is the key to take a leap forward on studies and practice about "problems of organized complexity".

The aim of the blog is to foster the debate among different disciplines and sciences involved in complex organizations, beyond the cross-fertilization, toward necessary TransVergence in knowledge and practice.

TransVergence è un neologismo, un nuovo paradigma e approccio mentale.

TransVergence è la chiave per un salto in avanti nello studio e nella pratica relativi a "problemi di complessità organizzata".

Scopo del blog è favorire il dibattito tra diverse discipline e scienze applicate alle organizzazioni complesse, oltre la crossfertilization, verso una necessaria TransVergenza nella conoscenza e nella pratica.
